Athena Village Community Care Event

With all that is happening in our lives and in the world, we thought it would be helpful to set aside time to pause, get fully present to what is true for each of us in the moment, and nourish ourselves in community. We believe being in community as Athena Village is just as important to our collective well-being as tending to our individual self-care.

Rachelle Niemann, who leads our Self-Care Connection space, will be facilitating an hour-long community care event. This event will NOT be recorded to maintain confidentiality. Just show up as you are.
